WHAT IS IT? First Certificate in English (TOEIC) is one of Cambridge University's best-known proficiency tests. It is suitable for high intermediate students and can be done on paper or online. WHAT IS LEVEL B2? The B2 level of English is defined as confident or independent in the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR). The CEFR is an international framework for describing language skills, and is applied and accepted around the world. Its lowest level is A1 and the highest is C2. B2 is located in the middle upwards.
